A philosophy « " Changing Business, Transforming life’s !"

The model Co-Active Coaching is based on 2 convictions:

  • the belief that the human being is perfectly balanced and creative
  • There is no notion of failure: on the contrary, our past experiences are our resources for learn and to make better choices

Try to pass on these convictions and to dare to implement them, it is the way to reveal all the motivation of the customer to allow him to realize his projects.

Coaching is a two-way relationship between you and your coach. Your coach’s job is to accompany you on a path of self-discovery and transformation. In order to engage in a coaching relationship, you must have a deep-seated desire to change or improve some aspect of your life which, alone, you are unable to change.

Coaching requires you to do some work of deep self-exploration; looking into what your values are, what you dream of doing, discovering your potential, stretching yourself beyond what you think is possible, and aligning all these elements so that you can live a life of fulfillment.

Different from psychotherapy, in coaching we do not go into the analysis of the past. We look at the present moment and move forward. We believe that there is nothing which needs to be fixed. And in fact, in coaching the idea of failure does not exist. On the contrary, our past experiences become our resources for learning and for making better choices. When you realize that you have a choice, then you can envision your desired future.

A different approach: " the co-alliance "

Co-active coaching describes the dance between the coach and the client, which is created in the moment. It is a unique, proactive alliance in which coach and client work together as equals to meet the needs of the client. The offered courses are designed to teach that subtle dance and focus on experiential learning where participants experience and practice coaching instead of just talking about it. The Curriculum offered by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) is designed to integrate Co-Active coaching competencies deeply in your being rather than in your head, so that you can be responsive in the moment to a variety of client types and needs. Once you have completed this curriculum you will have the ability to coach with confidence in your own personal, authentic style.
