DeontologyCoach Estelle Aubry-de Maleville is committed to respecting an ethical code which conforms to the I.C.F (International Coach Federation) of which she is a certified member.
This code involves:
- Respect : for the persons and for their interests: the coach refrains from exercising any abuse of influence or to betray the interest of the person which she accompanies, as well as that of the company.
- The responsibility of the decisions: in this approach, the person to coach takes all responsibility for its decisions.
- Professionalism: she keeps her commitments to the customer, and watches to maintain her level of professionalism by her participation in groups of supervision, conferences and trainings.
- Confidentiality: she is committed to professional secrecy and makes a commitment to respect the confidentiality of her exchanges with the person she is coaching.
